The PicassoNOW^TM Guarantee

When you make a purchase from PicassoNOW.com you can buy with 100% confidence. Each customers purchase comes with a commitment from the Picasso team for the health of your animals and satisfaction of your order. No hassles, just provide us with a photo of the coral within 5 days.

If your new coral addition does not stay alive for 5 days we will issue you a store credit. We do not cover any shipping costs for replacement orders unless more than half your order is DOA or if FedEx delays your order.

If you are unable to accept your package at time of delivery PicassoNOW^TM reserves the right to void all guarantees and eligibility for shipping costs.

The following applies to our 5-Day Guarantee:

• • For 5 day warranty you must be logged into your account at time of check out. If not logged in PicassoNOW^TM will Guarantee arrive alive.
  • Email us with a clear picture of the deceased specimen within 5 days of delivery time posted by FedEx, UPS, or Local Delivery Service.
  • DO NOT remove clearly dead specimens from the bag.
  • DO NOT remove the coral from the plug for 5 days or guarantee is void.
  • DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without PicassoNOW^TM authorization, doing so will void the guarantee.
  • DO NOT refuse the shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee is void.
  • Guarantee applies to shipments and local deliveries only, not local pickup.
  • Any order cancellations will be credited for 1 year or refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
  • At this time we offer an arrive alive guarantee on non-coral inverts, 5 day guarantee only applies to corals.
  • Packs & discounted corals will receive credit for amount paid, not items original price.
  • Corals not Signed for on days below 32 degrees and above 82 degrees will not be eligible for guarantee. See Shipping Schedule for details.

The following applies to our Arrive Alive Guarantee:

• • An Email must be sent to us within 2 hours of receiving the shipment
  • Email us with a clear picture of the deceased specimen within 5 days of delivery time posted by FedEx, UPS, or Local Delivery Service.
  • DO NOT remove clearly dead specimens from the bag.
  • DO NOT remove the coral from the plug or guarantee is void.
  • DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without PicassoNOW^TM
  • DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without PicassoNOW^TM authorization, doing so will void the guarantee.

• • Club Members are required to provide a photo and save specimen for service technician.
  • PicassoNOW^TM will issue a Credit for lost sea life within the guarantee period for the amount purchased after discount.
  • Club members will not be eligible to stack discounts in addition to their everyday 20% discount.
